Each bust is inspected before dispatch. Standard bright white and black are included, or upgrade to a premium matt finish in white, grey, or black.

Before you begin
Do I need professional photographs?
No. Recent phone photos work beautifully when they are sharp, well lit and show a range of angles.
What if it is not quite right?
We always get your approval before moving on to the next stage, so nothing progresses until you are completely happy. Simply request any changes and we will refine it for you. Each order includes up to three rounds of revisions across all stages.
How long does it take?
Creative and printing times vary, but most busts reach you within 10 working days of your initial order. Your tracking page explains every stage and its expected timing.
What are our busts made from?
Every bust is made from a 3D printed thermoplastic called PLA. It is not derived from oil but instead made from corn starch, which is an environmentally friendly renewable resource. It is also more biodegradable than many other plastics and gives an excellent quality finish to the busts. For an extra £10 you can select a matte PLA option for a premium, stylish finish.
